China Max : Totally Tubular Bro or You Dim Sum, You Lose Sum

Awesome Fried Taro Dumplings with Chicken. Some of the best we ever had

Plump, flavorful, and boiling hot Pork Shumai

The Chicken Cilantro Dumplings. We were told this is the must get item. It was juicy and full of flavor. Almost had a chicken noodle soup flavor. I didn't really get any cilantro flavor bursting through in mine, but you could see it.

Shrimp and Scallion Pan-Fried Dumpling. This was pretty good and they really come through on the scallion promise. When you opened up these volcanic clouds of dough, you were greeted by one or two little niblets of shrimp that were suffocated by chopped scallion. The flavor was good, but a little too much onion essence.

Delightful Steamed Sausage Buns. Delicate clouds of fluffy bun gently hugging fatty , snappy, beautifully seasoned Luop Chong sausage

So gross and sexy I had to show it

Noodles wrapped around Char Sui Pork. We always have to order this at dim sum places. It is are favorite, but this one was not up to snuff. I tasted an almost coconut flavor in the noodle and its texture was overly chewy. The pork inside while not bad, it wasn't the greatest. It was so covered in cilantro which doesn't really match up taste wise.

Loving the Taro

Shhhh I'm hunting dumplings

Grossing out mommy

Oh no, no more dim sum
